Types of Cancellation Policies

Flexible

  • Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before check-in
  • Partial refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before
  • Best for: Uncertain travel plans

Moderate

  • Full refund if cancelled 5+ days before check-in
  • 50% refund if cancelled 1-5 days before check-in
  • No refund for same-day cancellations
  • Best for: Somewhat flexible plans

Strict

  • 50% refund if cancelled 7+ days before check-in
  • No refund for cancellations within 7 days
  • Best for: Committed travelers

Super Strict

  • 50% refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in
  • No refund within 30 days of check-in
  • Best for: Special properties or peak seasons

How to Cancel a Booking

  1. Go to your Bookings page
  2. Find the reservation you want to cancel
  3. Click Cancel Booking
  4. Review the refund amount based on the cancellation policy
  5. Confirm the cancellation

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Bank processing may add additional time
